背景：西门子燃气轮机（江苏）有限公司，新项目增加了一台高精度德国进口磨床“ELB”,要求定制一台高精度风冷式冷水机组配套，以保证磨床的使用精度。

客户具体要求如下：

1. 冷量标定工况：环境温度（5‑30）℃，冷却水进水温度（6‑8）℃，回水温度（12‑14）℃，精度±0.2℃

2. 适用油黏度范围：4‑300CST

3. 安全保护功能

逆相、缺相保护；压缩机、水泵电机过载保护；压缩机过热保护；制冷系统高、低压力异常保护；环境温度、水温、水压异常保护。

4. 报警功能（1）低水位声光警报提示（2）超出设定温度上 / 下限声光警报提示

5. 机身颜色：RAL 9003

6. 散热器进风口外侧加装滤棉

7. 出水 / 回水流量监测，流量开关品牌：ema

8. 水槽、管道、设备钣金件材质：304 不锈钢；管道连接方式：焊接 / 卡压

流量及制冷量计算

流量 Vs：225L/min = 13.5m³/H = 0.00375m³/s水比热 Cp=4.18kJ/(kg・℃)，水密度 ρ=1000kg/m³，温差△T=8℃ v按制冷能效比 2.5 换算匹数：50P

Background: Siemens Gas Turbines (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. has added a new high‑precision German‑imported “ELB” grinding machine for its new project. A custom‑built high‑precision air‑cooled chiller is required to support the grinding machine and guarantee its machining accuracy.

Specific Customer Requirements:Chiller cooling capacity rating conditions: Ambient temperature (5‑30) °C, cooling water inlet temperature (6‑8) °C, return water temperature (12‑14) °C, temperature accuracy ±0.2 °C.

Applicable oil viscosity range: 4‑300 CST.

Safety Protection FunctionsPhase‑reversal and phase‑loss protection; overload protection for compressor and pump motors; compressor over‑temperature protection; high/low pressure abnormal protection for the refrigeration system; abnormal protection for ambient temperature, water temperature and water pressure.
